BASF’s Personal Care business strengthens strategic collaboration with U.S. distributor agreement

FLORHAM PARK, NJ, April 4, 2025 – BASF has announced that, effective July 1, 2025, its Personal Care business in the United States will transition to a sole distributor arrangement with Azelis’ DeWolf Chemical and Ross Organic companies. By integrating advanced technology and through its commitment to sustainability, BASF remains at the forefront of providing quality, industry leading ingredients solutions and digital services to customers in the personal care industry.
